Hand rubbed with our special cure and then slow smoked with Hickory Chips. Some folks say it taste like Country ham. Makes wonderful BLT's. As in the Country Ham we have no added nitrates or nitrites. Just Salt and Brown Sugar

Peppered Country Bacon

Wonderful Flavor. Cured similar to our Item #56. Again no nitrites, or nitrates added. Packed in 1 pound packages.
